At Electric Fireplaces Central, we want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, please tell us within 30 days of your intention to return the item.
The item must be shipped back in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
Cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusals made at the time of delivery are covered by our return policy.

 Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization #. We cannot accept the return if we don't have a RMA #. 

  • Request RMA# within 30 days of your purchase 
  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received 
  • Shipped in the original box with no visible rips or tears in packaging
  • Include all manuals/instructions

You the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The same payment method that was used to make the initial transaction will be utilized to process the refund.

Your satisfaction with our products is significant to us. Before it leaves our premises, your order is checked to make sure all of the products are in perfect condition. Despite the fact that we send all of our items in safe packaging to minimize damage, mishaps can still happen.

Examine the container and its contents before signing for the delivery (note: not all carries will need a signature). If there is any damage, please record it on the bill of lading, refuse the delivery, and get in touch with us right away by calling    877.452.5675 or by sending an email to shipping@electricfireplacescentral.com. We will give you detailed delivery acceptance instructions prior to delivery.

Please Note: If there is no mention on the Freight Bill of Lading/Acceptance Log, we cannot be held liable for the price of repairs or replacement of damaged products. If you are unable to examine the contents when they are delivered, note on the bill of lading that there looks to be some damage to the contents and that you were unable to do so before signing. After that, you have 24 hours to contact us to start a damage claim.
