Here at Electric Fireplaces Central shipping is free on all Electric Fireplaces.
Some items ordered before 1pm Est. are shipped that same day or within 24 hours. In total, deliveries normally arrive between 3-7 days from the time ordered.

Our smaller products(100lbs or less) are delivered by either FedEx, UPS or USPS. Certain products weighing over 100pds with wide dimensions will ship by a Freight Carrier. You will have all the information and will be notified with a tracking number approximately 24 hrs after your product is shipped.

NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only and most times the freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, since it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items.

Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to. If you would like Inside Delivery, please notify us at the time of placing your order at  support@electricfireplacescentral.com. Prices vary and that service is not available for all locations.
