Here at Electric Fireplaces Central shipping is free on all purchases over $99.
Some items ordered before 1pm Est. are shipped that same day or within 24 hours. In total, deliveries normally arrive between 5-7 days from the time ordered. During Holidays your delivery may take a little longer. We advise to purchase by 12/15 to receive your items before the Holiday. Though we strive to get deliveries out immediately, we can not guarantee that your product will deliver before 12/25.
Our smaller products(100lbs or less) are delivered by either FedEx, UPS or USPS. Certain products weighing over 100 lbs with wide dimensions will ship by a Freight Carrier. You will have all the information and will be notified with a tracking number approximately 24 hrs after your order is shipped.
NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only and most times the freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, since it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to. If you would like Inside Delivery, please notify us at the time of placing your order at support@electricfireplacescentral.com. Prices vary & service location is not available for all locations.
Damage
Please look over your product when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading- Its very important to note that no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery. If damage has occurred, call us or email us right away.
Returns for reasons other then damage
At Electric Fireplaces Central we want you to be 110% completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization #. We just ask that you do this within 30 days* (depending on the Brand it could be sooner) of your purchase and the product is in the same condition as it was received including packaging, in the original box along with all manuals/instructions. Please note that you the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Your refund will be processed after we have received your product and they have been inspected.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hrs of placing an order. We do advise to cancel ASAP- as some of our products ship out quickly. If the product has shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or email us.
Warranty
All of the brands we carry offer a limited 1 Year warranty on their products. Some brands do offer longer. To see specific warranty navigate to the product page and click on the product Documents Tab. Also for long term peace of mind and easy replacements we offer warranty through Extend.
